The Australian Human Rights Commission report into gymnastics

As a member of the National Institute Network, the South Australian Sports Institute (SASI) shares concern about the recent reports indicating a culture of abuse in a high-performance sport.

There is no place in high-performance sport for the kinds of practices described by those athletes who took part in the gymnastics review.

SASI welcomes Gymnastics Australia's unreserved apology to all athletes and family members affected and their commitment to implementing all 12 recommendations in the report.
