Describe an average training day
Currently 3 gym / 3 track sessions a week. Typical day may include any one of my sessions followed by reco, stretching and coffee..
What do you do for fun and relaxation
I enjoy relaxing around a good coffee in a good coffee shop! but enjoy the company of my family, friends and my partner, Georgia. My idea of fun might be a day at the beach, watching the footy or a round of golf.
