"Don't over-complicate things" (Chris Wardlaw), "You can't always wait for the 'ideal'; time, London Olympics are next year so why not run a marathon before then and try to qualify?" (Rob De Castella)

Describe an average training day
A morning jog between 40-60 minutes, gym or yoga (3 days of the week), an evening interval, fartlek, repetition or tempo session.

What do you do for fun and relaxation
Going out for coffee or a meal with friends or family, Weekend trips to Melbourne, the beach or the countryside, Painting.
